E-Rewards by Epson

1. The e-Rewards promotion is valid for purchases made during the period of 3 January 2021 until 31 March 2022 from Epson Authorized Dealers as published in epson.com.my/epsonrewards or Epson Online Stores (Lazada & Shopee).
2. Epson EB-E10 and EB-W06 are the only products eligible (“Eligible Products”) for this promotion.
3. Each unit purchased shall be entitled for one (1) RM 100 e-voucher*.
4. Each customer is limited to redeem for a maximum of two (2) units of the Eligible Products.
5. e-Voucher* is to be given to customers who purchased the Eligible Product at Epson’s Recommended Selling Price. Customers who purchased below the Recommended Selling Price are not entitled to the e-Voucher* redemption.

7. e-Voucher* redemption must be submitted through the designated website – epsonrewards.my, within 14 days from the date of the invoice for the purchased product.
8. The last day to redeem e-Voucher* is 14 April 2022 or while stocks last.
9. A clear photo of the product serial number (found on the purchased product) and a copy of the sales invoice/e-warranty email confirmation in respect of the purchased product are mandatory submissions to redeem the e-Voucher*.
10. All e-Voucher* code will be sent via email within 21 working days of redemption submission.
11. Epson Malaysia shall have the sole discretion in determining the type and brand of e-Voucher*, as well as its replacement without any prior written notice.
12. The e-Voucher* is not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any cash equivalent.
13. Epson Malaysia shall not be responsible for expired, dishonoured or unclaimed e-Voucher*.
14. Epson Malaysia reserves the absolute right to reject ineligible redemption submissions, incomplete and/or incorrect e-Voucher* redemption submissions as well as redemption submissions for the purchase of Eligible Products below the Recommended Selling Price.
15. Epson Malaysia shall process all personal information and data supplied by the customer in accordance with Epson’s Personal Data Policy as published in https://www.epson.com.my/personaldatapolicy.
16. Personal data provided to us shall be kept confidential by Epson and its vendor for the e-Rewards promotion. Such personal data may be used by Epson for the purposes of contacting you about the e-Rewards promotion and sending the e-Vouchers or marketing related communications to you. Epson may disclose such personal data to its vendor for the e-Rewards promotion, to the extent that such disclosure is necessary for the said purposes.
17. By participating in this program, you are deemed to have consented to abide by the said terms and conditions and the Personal Data Policy set by Epson. You also confirm that all personal data provided are true and accurate, and you acknowledge that if the personal data provided is not true and correct, Epson may not be able to contact you about the e-Rewards promotion or send the e-Vouchers to you.

e-Voucher* refers to Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit or such other e-Rewards as determined by Epson.
